Sales Growth & Business Development

Client Relationship Management
Build long-term relationships with clients.

Team Leadership & Management
Recruit, train, and mentor sales executives.
Monitor team performance and provide coaching.
Conduct regular sales reviews and performance evaluations.
Motivate the team to achieve sales goals.
Sales Planning & Strategy
Develop and implement sales plans.
Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
Identify new market opportunities and growth areas.
Prepare sales forecasts and business reports.
Reporting & CRM Management
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
Track leads, opportunities, and conversions.
Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
Monitor sales KPIs and pipeline health.
Collaboration
Work closely with marketing teams on lead-generation campaigns.
Coordinate with delivery and project teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
Provide customer feedback to improve products and services.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
MBA preferred.
3–8 years of sales experience.
Experience managing B2B sales preferred.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
